A friend from work sent me this email on my birthday:
I thought of you today as I exercised by walking for hours through the wonderful city of Florence. We have had a wonderful day and I hope that you have too.
Who am I? Sometimes I don't even know. My past is best forgotten, and for now I'm a runner, a lover of old rock and roll music, an eternal optomist, a recovering Irish Catholic, and a person wanting to live a passionate, authentic life of integrity. That's on a good day. On a bad day, I hope my hair doesn't look too terrible.
